- UAE mobile, professional email and current city
- 3â4 line professional summary
- Key skills relevant to the vacancy
- Work experience from newest to oldest
- Education and relevant certificates
- UAE driving licence/category if relevant
- Languages, visa/availability information when useful
Write a useful summary
Include your role, years of relevant experience, UAE experience, licence/certification, strongest duties and availability. Example:
Light Vehicle Driver with 3 years of UAE driving experience, familiar with Abu Dhabi and Al Ain routes. Experienced in customer vehicles, parts collection and safe delivery. Valid UAE light-vehicle licence; available to join after required notice.
Change the facts to match your real record. Never copy experience you do not have.
Turn duties into evidence

Use action words such as delivered, inspected, recorded, coordinated, maintained, assisted and resolvedâonly when true.
What to include or avoid
- Include: exact job dates, company/city, relevant duties, achievements, licence and certificates.
- Optional: nationality, visa status, notice period and professional photo depending on role and comfort.
- Avoid: passport number, Emirates ID number, bank details, full home address, salary history, false certificates and unnecessary family details.
- Use a readable font, simple headings and consistent dates. One or two pages is usually enough for an early/mid-career applicant.
- Save as PDF and check it on a phone before sending.
