✅ UAE Job Offer & Contract Check

Verify the employer and compare every important promise with the official employment documents before signing, paying, resigning or starting work.

Do not treat WhatsApp text as a contract. Keep the advertisement, written offer, official contract and work-permit documents, and compare them line by line.

1. Verify the employer

2. Details that must match

ItemCheck carefully

TimeWorking hours, shift, break, weekly rest and overtime arrangement

3. Official verification

  1. For MOHRE-regulated private-sector work, use official MOHRE website/app/service channels to review available approved offer, contract or permit information.
  2. Use UAE Pass or the transaction/reference details only on the genuine official domain/app.
  3. For a free-zone employer, verify the permit and contract with that exact free-zone authority; MOHRE processes may differ.
  4. For domestic-worker employment, use the separate official domestic-worker framework and approved recruitment channels.
  5. If information cannot be found, contact the relevant authority using contact details obtained independently—not a number supplied only in the suspicious message.

4. Salary wording matters

5. Dangerous differences

6. Safe signing process

  1. Read a language you understand; request clarification/translation.
  2. Correct every mismatch before signing.
  3. Do not share an OTP with a recruiter; enter it yourself only in the official service you opened.
  4. Download/store signed copies and screenshots of the official confirmation.
  5. Keep payroll, attendance and benefit records after joining.
