🩺 Medical Fitness Test

1. Who normally needs it?

Residence applicants in the age/category specified by UAE rules may need medical fitness screening. The exact tests or additional requirements can depend on age, occupation and emirate—follow the application/authority instructions.

2. Before visiting

• Use an approved centre for the emirate/application; an ordinary clinic report may not be accepted.
• Carry original passport and the application/entry-status documents requested.
• Check the centre's appointment, photograph and fasting instructions—do not assume fasting is required.
• Confirm the service speed and official fee before paying.

3. At the centre and result

1. Registration and identity check.
2. Samples/examinations required for your category.
3. Electronic processing and result notification.
4. Employer/typing centre uses the result for the next residence stage.

Keep the receipt/reference. If delayed, check with the medical authority using that reference rather than repeating the test without instruction.

4. Important limitations

• A medical receipt is not a residence visa.
• A fitness result does not prove Emirates ID or insurance completion.
• If the centre requests review or further testing, follow the official health-authority process and avoid agents promising to change results.
