📜 Police Clearance Certificate
Request the correct UAE good-conduct certificate for employment, immigration or official use.
1. Choose the channel
Use the UAE Ministry of Interior service/app or the police authority service requested for your emirate/purpose. Dubai Police also provides a Police Clearance Certificate service. Read the service eligibility before paying.
2. Prepare
- Emirates ID and UAE Pass for eligible current residents
- Passport and personal photo where requested
- Purpose, language and destination country/authority
- Previous UAE identity/residence details for former residents
- Fingerprint card and legalisation if the official service requires it for an overseas applicant
3. Application steps
- Sign in through the official app/site.
- Select Police Clearance/Good Conduct Certificate.
- Check personal data, choose purpose, language and delivery method.
- Upload only the requested documents and pay the displayed official fee.
- Save the application number, track status and download the certificate from the official message/account.
4. Before submitting the certificate
- Check spelling, passport/ID number, issue date and intended purpose.
- Ask the receiving employer/embassy whether Arabic or English is required.
- Confirm whether translation, MOFA attestation or another country's embassy legalisation is needed.
- Do not edit the PDF or remove its verification marks.
